Nice orb on the furnace, in Frank's spot.  Touch the photo and see the kitchen with a focus problem only on the right side.  Hmmmm....
Downstairs, by the washing machine, is where voices are heard, apparitions have been sighted, and the strange electric feeling of having an entity pass through you have been felt.  Yow.
Here is another totally dark picture we tend to get when an entity is passing by.  Getting a photo of the actual entity is proving to be a Real Challenge, but we believe we did get a small face in this one.  Touch it and see what you think.  He is in the top right quadrant of the photo.
Taken in the basement, just after the totally dark washing machine photo above, so it is in the same area.  It may look like a problem with my camera, but look at the very bottom of the left side.  See a small blue area?  Touch the photo and see that something actually stood so close to my camera that the flash reflected off of it and back into my lens.  A bit Too Close, I think.
Yikes.

Since Chris seemed to be the one the entities responded to the most frequently, we asked him to sit down there, quietly, just for a bit, to see if the activity changed in any way.

We think he was a little
upset that we are blocking his way at the top of the stairs.
He is used to coming up and appearing to people right in the doorway to the kitchen, and for some reason, would not go past us, or through us, for that matter.      Not that we wanted it to!
Yikes.

The top photo is normal, what we generally see down there.
But the second one, shows something about to travel past us,
something that is using our battery power as it moves along. 

The last photo is the darkest.
And after that, the next photo, and the ones after that, are bright and clear.
Very odd.
Very odd, indeed.
A moving orb over my head.  Touch the photo and see the
darkness by the furnace right after the orb flew over my head.
See the folding chair?  the orb is in the exact spot the apparition was caught on video.  Touch the photo and see how attentively this orb listens to the voice on the recorder.

a strange shaped darkness on my right, in front of the stairs, by the furnace.
No orb here, this is the spot I stood, waiting.  Touch the photo and see the darkness as the entity passed by me. Yow! 
Here is a dark shadow that showed up suddenly between the foot of the stairs and the doorway to the back room.  Touch the photo, it is lightened and you can see that you cannot see the top of the rolling chair at the top of the photo.
Photo should not be this dark in the center.  I left plenty of time for the flash to regenerate.  Touch it and see it lightened.
This one is interesting.  It is very dark on the left, so Touch it, and see how I lightened it. 
When it is lightened, look at the dark blob that remains, on the left.  Hmmm......
I leaned way over to avoid getting the walls in my photo, to get this shot of Chris sitting in the dark.  He should be fairly lit up.  Touch the photo to see it lightened, and to get as eeked as we are over this one.  What is in the darkness directly between us and Chris?
There is a dark area again, between the bottom of the stairs and Chris.  We tried to lighten it, when you touch the photo you can see, but it would not get any better than this.  Yow.

The center of this photo is dark and remains dark, even when lightened.  Touch the photo and see.
This is the last photo I took.  Take a good look.  No,  it is not a Night Shot, nor did the flash fail.  The flash went off as usual.  In fact, I believe you can tell the flash went off, if you look at the plate on the wall ~ the one that looks like a bright shiny dime.  The far right edge of the fridge and that plate are my proof that my flash went off.  The camera settings were set at normal.
In this first one, Chris looks a little eeked by some noises behind the furnace.  Touch the photo and see a cut off orb to the bottom right of the photo.  Dust?.......

This is a regular occurance in the Basement.  These photos were taken one after the other, within 35 to 45 seconds of each flash.  Plenty of time for my camera to power up for the next flash.  What we see here, in our opinion, is the effect that an active entity has on our equipment.  This happens in other "haunted" areas as well, such as~museums, cemeteries, other 'active' homes, etc. 
We are not scientists, we can only spout theories, like anyone else, including the "experts".
Our theory is that entities, having electro/magnetic properties, which everyone seems to agree on, have and use the ability to pull electricity out of the air and out of surrounding equipment, anything that uses electricity, including ourselves...  This causes battery drainage, voltage to drop, and occasionally, that dizziness that seems to wave over us  in these places.  They need this charge, and use it to be seen, heard and/or felt.  BUT, they do not always seem to need this extra charge,
and that is why things can sometimes happen with no disturbance in the physical surroundings.
Like I said, this is only our opinion.
