Twin City Opera House

We went here on June 13th of last year. It is an historical little building, with a typical theater design. It has a nice sized stage, and a good sized auditorium with a balcony. They show reel to reel modern films during the week, and no longer

do stage presentations. However, they do still have a basement dressing room, and a dirt-floored

Sub basement that hides a tunnel that has been blocked and filled in for quite a long time.

We had a marvelous experience. Yes, a bunch of 'em. Let me just say this,

The Sub-Basement.

Each of us, I believe, had an interesting thing happen to them down there. Beth and I saw a crouching figure appear on the wall at the end of a brick hall, who then raced toward us and disappeared. A group of us were standing just outside the big metal door to the sub-basement, when we heard a loud clanging sound, turned and saw a large heavy metal bar swinging wildly at the end of

its chain. We were at least three feet away and the lights were on....

In this first one, hear a voice say "Neh-va", and then I whisper, "Cheezo Pete", and the very next voice says "I'm Out" in a weird way.

I was going to head down to the basement one more time. I talk to my recorder so I know where I am.

Near the end, I was alone, walking through the auditorium, a little quiet conversation from the living in the lobby behind me. I walked to the tiny staired hall between the auditorium and the stage, and got a brief glimpse of a figure that disappeared. I think he says,

Halfway through the investigation, Donna and I went onto the stage, scene of a lot of weird things. We were looking around, talking about a camera our people had placed on the catwalk. Hear a man's voice say What's Neva Done

This is from the tour. We were walking down the narrow wooden stairs, from the catwalk. One voice says HOP TO IT as we move along, and right on the heels of that one, someone says GET OUT. Then a second later, again we hear HOP TO IT! A quieter voice says I Love This Guy.

The tour guide? We don't know. Then a voice whispers, Where You Going? Answer~ Hiding, and a quiet voice whispers Okay.......

From another trip to the Auditorium, Leslie and I were on the stage, watching Donna above us. We hear a man say in a low voice~

This was in the auditorium, while we were setting up cameras and such. Right after I talk, listen to a man's low whisper as he tells me to

Getting into the SubBasement, we hear a man's voice, extremely quiet, as he says Don't Go In There

At the end, I have cropped it and made it a bit louder.

This was weird, it has happened a few other places we have been to. I am not prepared to call it an EVP, yet I do not want to dismiss it out of hand, either.

It is a drastic voice change from one of our ladies. Those are HER words, but NOT her voice.

Just before we left the SubBasement, and after we had a series of weird breezes and tingly electrical feelings, Donna asked the

Same spot, but to my right. Nice large orb and a rather wispy spot in the corner, right over a large faint orb. Touch the photo and see how very different the photo looks from the front of the auditorium, shooting toward the back.

At the start of the night, Leslie stood in the auditorium with a few orbs.

This is the basement, dressing room area, lots of activity, including someone who likes to follow folks up the stairs, right on their heels, yikes. Just to the left of the white fences, is the doorway to the SubBasement. Touch the photo and see an orb by the other set of stairs.

From the front of the auditorium, to the left, a nice big orb. Touch the photo and see the back of the stage. Orb to the right, by the curtain, and, if you can see it, an orb right between the two chairs on the left, right over the stool.

On the stage, here is an orb, laying low near the exit by the basement stairs and entrance to auditorium. Touch the photo and see a nice moving orb near the stairs to the catwalk.

This is the other side of the basement, the other set of stairs, and several orbs, and a jittery, electric feel every time I walked over there. Touch the photo and see the orb is STILL back by the other stairs...Hmmm.

Leslie in the blue STAFF shirt is our lady in Mansfield, on the staff there, a Tour Pusher for the all night Ghost Hunts. Yes, she is very brave.

This is the outside of the Opera House, no orbs, just a pretty photo. Touch the photo and see several orbs hovering over the stage from the catwalk. The brightness to the right has a very physical source, not a

paranormal one.

At the start of the Tour, an orb appears to take his place between our guide and Donna, marching in place. Touch the photo and see an orb, on the floor between Donna and I, later in the night.

Same dead end hallway, different viewpoint. See the orb in the back?

Yikes. Touch the photo and see what looks like a face in the back of the hall, on the wall. And an orb nearer to us now, on the far right.

THIS is the SubBasement. Low ceiling, dirt floor, stone walls, and cemented stones holding the whole thing up. Yep. Now, see the nice big orb to the right? Same spot I got the EVP that says "Grounds", when we asked where these stairs lead. Touch the photo and see the long stone+dirt hall that dead-ends at a stone wall. Beth and I both got the same thing at the same time here, in our head. The image of a big hairy man, hunched over, arms out, rushing at us. Very scary.

Watch the orb go up the stairs to the catwalk. Touch the photo and see an orb hovering around that area as our guide moves about.

Chris CHOSE to sit here, in front of this hallway, Beth and I could not take our eyes off it. Then we heard it, a shuffle and a thump, in the dark- remember, there is no light down here until someone's camera goes off. See Chris turn and look. Nice orb, good orb. Stay back there, orb. Tim D went looking for the chair that corresponded to a flickering light that we could see on the monitor, yet could not find a source for it.

Looking to the left and right, no lights anywhere, no reflections, no ambient light sources at all that we could see.
